농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제51조(농수산물산지유통센터의 설치ㆍ운영 등)

① 국가나 지방자치단체는 농수산물의 선별ㆍ포장ㆍ규격출하ㆍ가공ㆍ판매 등을 촉진하기 위하여 농수산물산지유통센터를 설치하여 운영하거나 이를 설치하려는 자에게 부지 확보 또는 시설물 설치 등에 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 국가나 지방자치단체는 농수산물산지유통센터의 운영을 생산자단체 또는 전문유통업체에 위탁할 수 있다.

③ 농수산물산지유통센터의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부령 또는 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
