Farmland Act, Article 17 (Formulation of Implementation Plans for Farmland Use Promotion Projects)

①시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ자치구구청장이 농지이용증진사업을 시행하려고 할 때에는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 농지이용증진사업 시행계획을 수립하여 「농업ㆍ농촌 및 식품산업 기본법」 제15조에 따른 시ㆍ도 농업ㆍ농촌및식품산업정책심의회(이하 "시ㆍ도 농업ㆍ농촌및식품산업정책심의회"라 한다) 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 농업ㆍ농촌및식품산업정책심의회(이하 "시ㆍ군ㆍ구 농업ㆍ농촌및식품산업정책심의회"라 한다)의 심의를 거쳐 확정하여야 한다. 수립한 계획을 변경하려고 할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2007.12.21, 2008.2.29, 2009.5.27, 2013.3.23, 2024.1.23, 2026.2.27>

②시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ자치구구청장 외의 사업시행자가 농지이용증진사업을 시행하려고 할 때에는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 농지이용증진사업 시행계획을 수립하여 시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2026.2.27>

③시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장은 제2항에 따라 제출받은 농지이용증진사업 시행계획이 보완될 필요가 있다고 인정하면 그 사유와 기간을 구체적으로 밝혀 사업시행자에게 그 계획을 보완하도록 요구할 수 있다.
