농지법 제54조의3(농지정보의 제공)

시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장은 다른 법률에 따라 제10조제2항의 농지 처분통지, 제11조제1항에 따른 농지 처분명령, 제63조에 따른 이행강제금 부과 등에 관한 정보를 「은행법」에 따른 은행이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 금융기관이 요청하는 경우 이를 제공할 수 있다.
