농촌진흥법 제23조(외국 등과의 협력)

① 농촌진흥청장은 농업ㆍ농촌의 발전과 농업과학기술의 향상을 위하여 선진농업기술의 도입 등 외국과의 협력사업을 추진하고, 개발도상국의 농업생산성 향상 등을 위한 협력사업에 대하여 필요한 재정적ㆍ기술적 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 농촌진흥청장은 개발도상국의 농업생산성 향상 등을 위한 협력사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 협력 상대국에 협력 상대국과 공동으로 해외농업기술센터를 운영할 수 있다. <신설 2024.1.2>

③ 농촌진흥청장은 다수 국가와의 협력사업의 효율적 추진과 상호이익을 도모하기 위하여 해당 국가들과 협의하여 국제협력협의체를 구성할 수 있다. <개정 2024.1.2>
