다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제8조(소방안전교육)

① 다중이용업주와 그 종업원 및 다중이용업을 하려는 자는 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장이 실시하는 소방안전교육을 받아야 한다. 다만, 다중이용업주나 종업원이 그 해당연도에 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 교육을 받은 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2011.8.4, 2014.1.7, 2014.11.19, 2015.1.20, 2017.7.26, 2018.10.16, 2021.11.30>

② 다중이용업주는 소방안전교육 대상자인 종업원이 소방안전교육을 받도록 하여야 한다.

③ 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 제1항에 따라 소방안전교육을 받은 사람에게는 교육 이수를 증명하는 서류를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

④ 제1항에 따른 소방안전교육의 대상자, 횟수, 시기, 교육시간, 그 밖에 교육에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2015.1.20, 2017.7.26, 2018.10.16>
