다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제21조(안전관리우수업소의 표지 등)

①소방본부장이나 소방서장은 안전관리우수업소에 대하여 안전관리우수업소 표지를 내준 날부터 2년마다 정기적으로 심사를 하여 위반사항이 없는 경우에는 안전관리우수업소표지를 갱신하여 내줘야 한다.
