대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률 제28조의4(교육명령 등)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 제28조의2제1항에 따라 벌점을 받은 위탁기업에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 벌점기준에 따라 개선요구등과 함께 소속 임직원에 대한 교육명령 등의 조치를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 교육비용은 그 위탁기업이 부담하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.1.27, 2017.7.26, 2020.10.20, 2023.3.28>
