도로법 제70조(과오납 점용료의 반환)

도로관리청은 과오납(過誤納)된 점용료가 있으면 과오납된 날의 다음 날부터 반환하는 날까지의 기간에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 이자를 가산하여 과오납된 점용료를 반환하여야 한다.
