독립유공자예우에 관한 법률 제16조의2(생업지원)

① 국가, 지방자치단체, 그 밖의 공공단체 중 대통령령으로 정하는 기관은 소관 공공시설에 식료품ㆍ사무용품ㆍ신문 등 일상생활용품의 판매를 위한 매점 운영 또는 자동판매기 설치를 허가하거나 위탁할 때 제6조에 따라 등록ㆍ결정된 독립유공자, 그 유족 또는 가족의 신청이 있는 경우에는 우선적으로 반영하여야 한다. 이 경우 매점의 규모, 운영 및 허가ㆍ위탁의 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2015.12.22>

② 제1항에 따른 허가나 위탁을 받은 자는 중대한 질병 등 특별한 사유가 없으면 직접 그 사업에 종사하여야 한다.
