독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제96조(이의신청)

① 이 법에 따른 처분에 대하여 불복하는 자는 그 처분의 통지를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 그 사유를 갖추어 공정거래위원회에 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

② 공정거래위원회는 제1항의 이의신청에 대하여 60일 이내에 재결(裁決)을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정으로 그 기간 내에 재결을 할 수 없을 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 결정으로 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
