Regulations on Treatment and Protection of Narcotics Addicts, Article 11 (Standards for Screening Tests, etc.)

① 치료보호기관의 장이 제10조제1항에 따라 판별검사를 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기준에 따라야 한다. <개정 2011.11.23, 2022.4.19, 2023.12.26, 2025.2.6>

2. 정신건강의학과 전문의의 상담 및 진단 결과 마약류를 병적으로 사용하여 일상생활에 영향을 주거나 금단 증상 또는 신체적ㆍ정신적 의존증상이 있다고 판단된 경우

② 치료보호기관의 장은 제10조제1항에도 불구하고 마약류중독자로 의심되는 사람이 해당 치료보호기관 외의 의료기관에서 정신건강의학과 전문의가 발행한 진단서에 따라 마약류중독자로 확인된 경우에는 판별검사를 생략할 수 있다. <신설 2022.4.19>
