매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조의2(발굴현장 점검 등)

① 법 제12조의3제2항에 따른 발굴현장 점검은 다음 각 호의 사항에 대해 실시한다.

② 법 제12조의3제2항에 따라 점검을 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고, 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.

③ 국가유산청장은 법 제12조의3제2항에 따라 발굴허가를 받은 자 또는 법 제24조에 따른 매장유산 조사기관에 제1항 각 호의 사항에 관한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 기간을 정하여 서면으로 해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
