매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(발굴 완료의 보고)

법 제11조에 따라 발굴허가를 받은 자는 법 제12조에 따른 발굴이 완료되면 그 완료된 날부터 20일 이내에 출토된 유물의 현황 및 조사의견 등의 내용을 해당 사업지역을 관할하는 지방자치단체의 장과 국가유산청장에게 동시에 보고하여야 한다. 다만, 다량의 유물이 출토되는 등 정당한 사유가 있는 경우에는 국가유산청장에게 보고기간의 연장을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2016.6.8, 2024.5.7>
