매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조의2(매장유산 보존조치의 고시 등)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제14조제1항제1호 또는 제2호에 따라 보존조치를 지시한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보에 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2016.6.8, 2017.6.27, 2024.5.7>

② 국가유산청장은 법 제14조제1항에 따라 보존조치를 지시받은 자와 발굴된 매장유산의 소유자 또는 관리자가 다른 경우에는 발굴된 매장유산의 소유자 또는 관리자에게 보존조치를 지시한 사실을 알려야 한다. <개정 2017.6.27, 2024.5.7>
