문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제81조(권리ㆍ의무의 승계)

① 국가지정문화유산(보호물과 보호구역 및 임시지정문화유산을 포함한다)의 소유자가 변경된 때에는 새 소유자는 이 법 또는 이 법에 따라 국가유산청장이 행하는 명령ㆍ지시, 그 밖의 처분으로 인한 전소유자(前所有者)의 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다. <개정 2019.11.26, 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>

② 제34조에 따라 관리단체가 지정되거나 그 지정이 해제된 경우에 관리단체와 소유자에 대하여는 제1항을 준용한다. 다만, 소유자에게 전속(專屬)하는 권리ㆍ의무는 그러하지 아니하다.
