문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제33조(보조금)

① 법 제51조제1항에 따른 국가의 보조를 받으려는 자는 별지 제66호서식의 단위사업별 예산신청서를 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2024.6.14>

② 국가유산청장은 법 제51조에 따라 보조금 교부를 결정하면 보조금 교부를 신청한 자에게 별지 제67호서식의 국고보조금 교부결정 통지서에 따라 보조금 교부 결정 사실을 지체 없이 알려야 한다. <개정 2024.6.14>

③ 법 제51조에 따른 보조금을 교부받은 자는 국가유산청장이 정하는 바에 따라 보조금 집행을 완료하거나 회계연도가 종료되면 별지 제68호서식의 국고보조사업 실적보고서(전자문서로 된 보고서를 포함한다)를 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.24, 2024.6.14>

④ 국가유산청장은 법 제51조제2항에 따라 문화유산의 수리나 그 밖의 공사를 감독하는 경우에는 그 소속 직원 중에서 감독관을 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2024.6.14>
