Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Management of Mountainous Districts in Areas North of the Civilian Control Line, Article 18 (Persons Eligible for Support for Reduced Income in Minbuk Areas)

① 법 제25조제2항제5호에서 "입목벌채ㆍ형질변경을 하지 아니한 자 등 대통령령으로 정하는 요건에 해당하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 요건에 모두 해당하는 산림을 소유하고 있는 자(토지를 소유하고 있는 자와 입목을 소유하고 있는 자가 다른 경우에는 입목소유자를 말한다)로서 입목벌채를 하지 아니하는 자를 말한다.
