민법 제954조(가정법원의 후견사무에 관한 처분)

가정법원은 직권으로 또는 피후견인, 후견감독인, 제777조에 따른 친족, 그 밖의 이해관계인, 검사, 지방자치단체의 장의 청구에 의하여 피후견인의 재산상황을 조사하고, 후견인에게 재산관리 등 후견임무 수행에 관하여 필요한 처분을 명할 수 있다.
