민사소송법 제109조(변호사의 보수와 소송비용)

①소송을 대리한 변호사에게 당사자가 지급하였거나 지급할 보수는 대법원규칙이 정하는 금액의 범위안에서 소송비용으로 인정한다.

②제1항의 소송비용을 계산할 때에는 여러 변호사가 소송을 대리하였더라도 한 변호사가 대리한 것으로 본다.
