1. 재화등의 판매에 관한 계약의 체결을 강요하거나 청약철회등 또는 계약 해지를 방해할 목적으로 소비자를 위협하는 행위

3. 방문판매원등이 되기 위한 조건 또는 방문판매원등의 자격을 유지하기 위한 조건으로서 방문판매원등 또는 방문판매원등이 되려는 자에게 가입비, 판매 보조 물품, 개인 할당 판매액, 교육비 등 그 명칭이나 형태와 상관없이 대통령령으로 정하는 수준을 초과한 비용 또는 그 밖의 금품을 징수하거나 재화 등을 구매하게 하는 등 의무를 지게 하는 행위
