방송광고판매대행 등에 관한 법률 제35조(방송광고판매대행사업협회)

① 광고판매대행자 및 광고판매와 관련된 사업을 경영하는 자는 광고판매대행사업 진흥 및 광고산업 발전을 위하여 방송통신위원회의 인가를 받아 방송광고판매대행사업협회(이하 이 조에서 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) Advertising애드^v버타이징 sales세일즈 agents에이전츠 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 operating아퍼^r레이팅 businesses비즈너시즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 advertising애드^v버타이징 sales세일즈 may,메이 with위^ð드 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission,커미션 establish이스태블리시 a어 Broadcast브^r로드캐스트 Advertising애드^v버타이징 Sales세일즈 Agency에이전시 Business비즈니스 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association"어소우시에이션 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 to투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð디 advertising애드^v버타이징 sales세일즈 agency에이전시 business비즈니스 and앤드 develop디^v벨럽 the^ð디 advertising애드^v버타이징 industry.인더스트^r리

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회의 사업 및 감독 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(3) Necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 Association's어소우시에이션즈 projects프^r라젝츠 and앤드 supervision수퍼^v비전 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

④ 협회에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
