배타적 경제수역에서의 외국인어업 등에 대한 주권적 권리의 행사에 관한 법률 제7조(입어료)

① 제5조제2항에 따라 허가증을 발급받은 외국인은 대한민국 정부에 입어료(入漁料)를 내야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 입어료는 특별한 사유가 있으면 감액(減額)하거나 면제할 수 있다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따른 입어료의 금액, 납부 기한ㆍ방법, 감액ㆍ면제 기준 및 그 밖에 입어료에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
