별정우체국직원 인사규칙 제16조의8(조기퇴직수당의 지급 대상 및 지급액)

① 법 제10조의3제2항에 따라 조기퇴직수당을 받을 수 있는 사람은 국장 또는 직원으로 1년 이상 20년 미만 근속한 사람으로서 법 제15조제1항제3호에 따른 별정우체국 지정 취소일 또는 정원의 개편 또는 폐지나 예산의 감소 등으로 폐국 또는 정원초과가 된 날부터 3개월 이내에 자진하여 퇴직하는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2020.2.21, 2022.1.4, 2024.12.19>

② 조기퇴직수당액은 퇴직 당시 월봉급액의 6개월분에 상당하는 금액으로 한다. 다만, 정년까지의 잔여기간이 6개월 미만인 경우에는 그 잔여기간에 상당하는 금액으로 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 조기퇴직수당의 산정기준이 되는 월봉급액은 봉급표상 봉급액의 68퍼센트를 기준으로 한다.
