병역법 제60조(병역판정검사 및 입영 등의 연기)

① 지방병무청장은 병역판정검사 또는 재병역판정검사 대상자로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에 대하여는 병역판정검사 또는 재병역판정검사를 연기할 수 있다. <개정 2013.6.4, 2016.5.29>

② 지방병무청장은 병역판정검사 또는 재병역판정검사를 받은 사람으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람과 제1항제1호부터 제3호까지에 해당하는 사람에 대하여는 징집이나 소집을 연기할 수 있다. <개정 2013.6.4, 2016.5.29, 2020.12.22>

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 병역판정검사, 재병역판정검사, 징집 또는 소집이 연기된 사람으로서 병역판정검사, 재병역판정검사, 징집 또는 소집을 원하는 사람과 그 연기사유가 끝나는 사람에 대하여는 그 해 또는 그 다음 해에 병역판정검사 또는 재병역판정검사를 받게 하거나 징집 또는 소집한다. <개정 2013.6.4, 2016.5.29>

④ 제2항제3호에 해당하여 징집 또는 소집이 연기된 사람이 체육ㆍ대중문화예술 분야 우수자로서 품위를 손상하는 행위를 하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유에 해당하게 된 경우에는 징집이나 소집의 연기를 취소할 수 있다. <신설 2020.12.22>

⑤ 제2항에 따라 징집이나 소집이 연기된 사람이 다시 징집되거나 소집될 때에는 그 징집되거나 소집되는 해의 병역처분기준에 따라 병역처분을 변경할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>

⑥ 제2항에 따른 학교ㆍ연수기관 및 체육ㆍ대중문화예술 분야 우수자의 범위와 연기의 제한 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
