병역법 시행령 제127조(학적변동자의 처리)

① 제124조에 따른 학교(외국의 대학 및 대학원은 제외한다) 또는 연수기관의 장은 학적보유자 명부에 올라있는 사람으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람(이하 "학적변동자"라 한다)이 발생한 경우에는 14일 이내에 지방병무청장에게 그 사실을 통보해야 한다. <개정 2021.10.14>

② 병무청장은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 제1항에 따른 학적변동통보에 관하여 그 실태를 확인할 수 있다.

③ 병무청장은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 외국의 대학 또는 대학원에 재학 중인 사람으로서 제125조제3항에 따라 입영등이 연기된 사람의 재학 여부를 확인할 수 있다. <신설 2021.10.14>
