병역법 시행령 제161조(위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 위원회는 위원장 1명과 제2항 각 호에 따른 위원 10명으로 구성한다. <개정 2020.12.29>

② 위원회의 위원장은 관할 지방병무청의 병역판정관 또는 징집ㆍ소집 등의 업무를 담당하는 과장급 공무원 중에서 관할 지방병무청장이 지명하는 사람이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2016.11.29>

③ 제2항제2호에 따른 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 병무청장이 정한다.
