Enforcement Decree of the Military Service Act, Article 16 (Change of Aptitude)

지방병무청장이나 병무지청장은 적성이 부여된 사람으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에 대해서는 적성을 변경할 수 있다.
