병역법 시행령 제41조(전환복무자의 추천인원의 협의)

① 경찰청장, 소방청장 또는 해양경찰청장은 법 제25조에 따른 의무소방원 또는 의무경찰대원의 추천인원을 정하려는 경우에는 국방부장관과 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.11.20, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26, 2017.9.22>

② 국방부장관은 제1항에 따른 협의요청을 받은 경우에는 군에서 필요로 하는 인원의 충원에 지장이 없는 범위에서 협의에 응하여야 한다.
