보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제62조(사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자의 준수사항)

① 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 주거, 직업, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 관할 보호관찰소의 장에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 사회봉사ㆍ수강명령 대상자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 준수하여야 한다.

③ 법원은 판결의 선고를 할 때 제2항의 준수사항 외에 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 본인의 특성 등을 고려하여 특별히 지켜야 할 사항을 따로 과(科)할 수 있다.
