부마민주항쟁 관련자의 명예회복 및 보상 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(실무위원회의 설치 등)

① 위원회에서 심의ㆍ의결할 안건을 미리 검토하고, 위원회에서 위임받은 사항을 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 다음 각 호의 실무위원회(이하 "각 실무위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따른 각 실무위원회는 부마민주항쟁과 관련한 경험이나 학식이 풍부한 사람 중에서 위원장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 10명 이내의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다. 이 경우 법 제5조제2항의 관련 단체가 추천하는 사람 3명이 포함되도록 하여야 한다.

③ 제1항제3호에 따른 장해등급판정실무위원회는 위원장이 「의료법」 제77조의 전문의 자격을 갖춘 10명 이내의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다. 이 경우 법 제5조제2항의 관련단체가 추천하는 사람 3명이 포함되도록 하여야 한다.

④ 각 실무위원회의 위원장은 소속 실무위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

⑤ 각 실무위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(5) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 each이치 working워킹 committee커미티 is이즈 two투 years.이어즈

⑥ 각 실무위원회의 운영에 관하여는 제4조를, 각 실무위원회 위원의 제척ㆍ기피ㆍ회피에 관하여는 제5조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "위원회"는 "각 실무위원회"로, "위원"은 "각 실무위원회의 위원"으로 본다.
