부산 해양수도 이전기관 지원에 관한 특별법 제5조(이전계획의 수립)

① 이전기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 이전계획을 수립하여야 한다.

② 이전기업은 해양수산부장관과 협의하여 제1항 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 이전계획을 수립하여야 한다.

(2) A어 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 a어 relocation^r릴로우케이션 plan플랜 that^ð댓 includes인클루즈 the^ð더 matters매터즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), in인 consultation칸설테이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries.^f피셔^r리즈

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 이전계획은 이전기관 및 이전기업의 본사 또는 주사무소 및 그 기능의 수행을 위한 조직을 이전하는 것을 목적으로 수립되어야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 relocation^r릴로우케이션 plans플랜즈 under언더 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) and앤드 (2) shall섈 be비 formulated^f포뮬레이티드 for^f포 the^ð더 purpose퍼퍼스 of어^v브 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 the^ð더 head헤드 office오^f피스 or오 principal프^r린서플 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 institution인스티투션 and앤드 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 and앤드 the^ð디 organizations오거너제이션즈 for^f포 performing퍼^f포밍 their^ð데어 functions.^f펑크션즈

④ 이전기관(중앙행정기관은 제외한다)의 장은 제1항에 따라 이전계획을 수립한 때에는 그 계획을 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여 승인을 받아야 한다. 그 계획을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

(4) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 institution인스티투션 (excluding익스클루딩 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies)에이전시즈 shall,섈 upon어판 formulating^f포뮬레이팅 a어 relocation^r릴로우케이션 plan플랜 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), submit서브밋 the^ð더 plan플랜 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 and앤드 obtain어브테인 approval.어프^r루^v블 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 when웬 the^ð더 plan플랜 is이즈 changed.체인지드

⑤ 해양수산부장관은 제4항 전단에 따라 제출받은 이전계획의 주요 사항을 국회 소관 상임위원회에 보고하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 major메이저 contents칸텐츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 relocation^r릴로우케이션 plan플랜 submitted서브미티드 under언더 the^ð더 first^f퍼스트 sentence센튼스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) to투 the^ð더 standing스탠딩 committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 having해^v빙 jurisdiction.주^r러스딕션

⑥ 제1항부터 제4항까지에도 불구하고 중앙행정기관을 제외한 이전기관 중 수도권에서 부산광역시로 이전하는 공공기관의 이전계획 수립에 대해서는 「혁신도시 조성 및 발전에 관한 특별법」 제4조에 따른다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받은 이전계획은 해양수산부장관의 승인을 받은 것으로 본다.
