부산 해양수도 이전기관 지원에 관한 특별법 제7조(이전기관 및 이전기업에 대한 지원)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 이전기관 및 이전기업의 사무소 신축비 등 이전비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원하거나 융자할 수 있다.

② 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 사업시행자(다른 법률에 따라 「주택법」 제2조제24호에 따른 공공택지 등의 개발사업을 시행하는 자를 말한다. 이하 같다)는 이전기관 및 이전기업이 이주직원(이전기관 또는 이전기업을 따라 이주하는 소속 직원을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 위한 주택을 건설하려는 경우 공공택지를 우선적으로 공급할 수 있다.

③ 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 사업시행자는 이전기관 및 이전기업이 사용할 건축물을 건축하여 분양 또는 임대할 수 있다.

④ 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 이 법 및 그 밖의 관련 법률에 따라 이전기관 및 이전기업에 행정적ㆍ재정적 사항 등을 지원할 수 있다.

⑤ 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 이전기관 및 이전기업에 이전과 관련한 각종 인가ㆍ허가ㆍ승인 등에 필요한 행정지원을 할 수 있다.

⑥ 지방자치단체는 이전기관의 이주직원을 위한 주택 등(「건축법 시행령」 별표 1 제2호에 따른 공동주택 및 같은 별표 제14호나목2)에 따른 오피스텔을 말한다)을 매입 또는 임차하여 이전기관에 제공할 수 있다. 이 경우 「지방공기업법」 제71조에 따라 지방공사(같은 법 제49조에 따라 주택사업을 목적으로 설립된 지방공사로 한정한다)에 매입 또는 임차에 관한 사업을 위탁할 수 있다.
