사립학교교직원 연금법 제53조의2(사립학교교직원 연금기금의 설치 및 조성)

① 이 법에 따른 급여에 충당하기 위한 책임준비금으로서 사립학교교직원 연금기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 둔다.

② 기금은 공단의 예산에 계상된 적립금과 결산상 잉여금 및 기금운용 수익금으로 조성한다.
