사행산업통합감독위원회법 제18조(현장 확인 및 지도ㆍ감독 등)

①위원회는 사행산업의 과도한 사행심 유발 방지를 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항에 관하여 현장을 확인하고 지도ㆍ감독한다. <개정 2012.5.23>

②위원회는 제1항의 규정에 따른 현장 확인과 지도ㆍ감독을 위하여 필요한 경우 사행산업사업자가 운영하는 사무소 또는 영업장에 위원회의 소속 직원을 파견하거나 사무소 또는 영업장을 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류 그 밖의 자료나 물건을 조사하게 할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 소관 행정기관에 조사를 의뢰할 수 있다.

③제2항의 규정에 따라 조사를 하는 소속 직원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
