사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제20조(폐기처분 등)

경찰청장이나 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제14조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 규격과 기준에 맞지 아니하거나 제15조에 따른 검사를 받지 아니하고 판매되는 사행기구에 대하여는 그 사행기구를 제조하거나 수입한 자에게 수거(收去)하여 폐기할 것을 명령하거나 관계 공무원에게 수거하여 폐기하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
