산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 제71조(벌칙)

① 채종림ㆍ수형목ㆍ시험림에 방화(放火)한 사람은 7년 이상 15년 이하의 징역에 처한다. <개정 2009.6.9, 2017.10.31>
