④한국산림복지진흥원은 회계연도마다 녹색자금의 결산보고서를 작성하여 해당회계연도 종료 후 1개월 이내에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 산림청장에게 제출하고, 산림청장은 이를 검토한 후 승인하여야 한다. <개정 2008.6.20, 2016.7.28, 2019.7.2>
