산업기술의 유출방지 및 보호에 관한 법률 제8조(보호지침의 제정 등)

①산업통상부장관은 산업기술의 유출을 방지하고 산업기술을 보호하기 위하여 필요한 방법ㆍ절차 등에 관한 지침(이하 "보호지침"이라 한다)을 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 제정하고 이를 대상기관이 활용할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.7.25, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
