Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Development Act, Article 23 (Subjects and Procedures for Support of Private Industrial Cooperation Activities)

① 법 제36조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 산업협력활동"이란 다음 각 호의 사업을 말한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 법 제36조에 따른 지원을 받은 기업, 대학, 기관 또는 단체는 해당 지원사업이 끝난 후 3개월 이내에 사업결과보고서를 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
