산업안전보건법 제31조(건설업 기초안전보건교육)

① 건설업의 사업주는 건설 일용근로자를 채용할 때에는 그 근로자로 하여금 제33조에 따른 안전보건교육기관이 실시하는 안전보건교육을 이수하도록 하여야 한다. 다만, 건설 일용근로자가 그 사업주에게 채용되기 전에 안전보건교육을 이수한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
