Commercial Act, Article 299 (Investigation and Report by Inspectors)

① 검사인은 제290조 각 호의 사항과 제295조에 따른 현물출자의 이행을 조사하여 법원에 보고하여야 한다.

③ 검사인은 제1항의 조사보고서를 작성한 후 지체 없이 그 등본을 각 발기인에게 교부하여야 한다.

④ 검사인의 조사보고서에 사실과 다른 사항이 있는 경우에는 발기인은 이에 대한 설명서를 법원에 제출할 수 있다.
