상법 제335조의7(주식의 양수인에 의한 승인청구)

①주식의 양도에 관하여 이사회의 승인을 얻어야 하는 경우에 주식을 취득한 자는 회사에 대하여 그 주식의 종류와 수를 기재한 서면으로 그 취득의 승인을 청구할 수 있다.

②제335조의2제2항 내지 제4항, 제335조의3 내지 제335조의6의 규정은 제1항의 경우에 이를 준용한다.
