서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(이전등기)

① 진흥원은 주된 사무소를 이전한 경우에는 이전 후 2주일 이내에 종전 소재지 또는 새 소재지에서 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기해야 한다.
