선박평형수(船舶平衡水) 관리법 시행령 제5조(항해정지명령 등의 조치)

해양수산부장관은 법 제33조제5항에 따라 항해정지명령 또는 수리ㆍ보완과 관련된 처분을 하려는 경우에는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 항해정지명령서 또는 수리ㆍ보완명령서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
