성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률 제6조(성매매피해자에 대한 처벌특례와 보호)

① 성매매피해자의 성매매는 처벌하지 아니한다.

③ 법원 또는 수사기관이 이 법에 규정된 범죄를 신고(고소ㆍ고발을 포함한다. 이하 같다)한 사람 또는 성매매피해자(이하 "신고자등"이라 한다. 이하 같다)를 조사하거나 증인으로 신문(訊問)하는 경우에는 「특정범죄 신고자 등 보호법」 제7조부터 제13조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 「특정범죄 신고자 등 보호법」 제9조와 제13조를 제외하고는 보복을 당할 우려가 있어야 한다는 요건이 필요하지 아니하다.
