소득세법 시행령 제168조의6(비사업용 토지의 기간기준)

Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act, Article 168-6 (Period Criteria for Non-Business Land)

법 제104조의3제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기간을 말한다. 이 경우 기간의 계산은 일수로 한다. <개정 2009.2.4, 2010.2.18, 2015.2.3, 2016.2.17>
