소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 제41조(성능인증의 변경)

① 제40조제1항 및 제6항에 따른 성능인증을 받은 자가 해당 소방용품에 대하여 형상등의 일부를 변경하려면 소방청장의 변경인증을 받아야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 변경인증의 대상ㆍ구분ㆍ방법 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다.
