Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Consumers, Article 23 (Registration of Consumer Organizations)

①법 제29조제1항제3호에서 "대통령령이 정하는 설비와 인력"이란 다음 각 호의 설비와 인력을 말한다.

1. 전국적 규모의 소비자단체로 구성된 협의체

2. 3개 이상의 시ㆍ도에 지부를 설치하고 있는 소비자단체

③ 법 제29조제1항에 따라 등록하려는 소비자단체는 별지 제1호서식의 등록신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 공정거래위원회 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2015.8.11>

④ 공정거래위원회 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제3항에 따라 등록신청서를 제출받은 경우에는 그 내용을 검토하여 그 등록신청서를 접수한 날부터 20일 이내에 소비자단체의 등록 여부를 결정하고, 그 결과와 이유를 지체 없이 등록을 신청한 소비자단체에 알려야 한다. <개정 2015.8.11>

⑤ 공정거래위원회 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제4항에 따라 소비자단체의 등록을 결정한 경우에는 등록을 신청한 소비자단체에 별지 제2호서식의 등록증을 교부하여야 하며, 별지 제3호서식의 등록대장에 이를 기재하여야 한다. <신설 2015.8.11>

⑥ 법 제29조제1항에 따라 등록한 소비자단체는 다음 각 호의 사항이 변경된 경우에는 변경된 날부터 20일 이내에 공정거래위원회 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2015.8.11>
