식품등 기부 활성화에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(기부식품등의 모집 및 제공)

①사업자는 법 제5조제1항에 따라 기부식품등의 모집과정과 제공과정을 투명하게 하기 위하여 기부식품등 모집과 제공에 관한 장부를 사업장에 비치하고, 기부식품등을 모집한 때에는 영수증이나 그 밖에 그 사실을 증명할 수 있는 증빙서류를 작성ㆍ보관하여야 한다. <개정 2017.1.31>

②법 제3조에 따라 신고한 사업자는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 기부식품등의 모집 및 제공 결과를 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 통하여 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2017.1.31>
