식품위생법 제70조(지도ㆍ감독 등)

① 식품의약품안전처장은 정보원에 대하여 감독상 필요한 때에는 그 업무에 관한 사항을 보고하게 하거나 자료의 제출, 그 밖에 필요한 명령을 할 수 있고, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 그 사무소에 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류 등을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.4, 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 출입ㆍ검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표 및 조사기간, 조사범위, 조사담당자, 관계 법령 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항이 기재된 서류를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3>
